Privacy Policy

Server-Free Design

KiraNeiro is built around a server-free design. Your project data — including images, audio, and text assets — is stored only in your browser (Origin Private File System) or in storage locations you choose yourself (e.g. your own cloud storage). We never upload or store your project content on our servers.

Information We Collect

KiraNeiro has no login or account system, so we do not collect identifying information such as your name or email address through normal use. The following limited information may be collected:

• Donations (Ko-fi): If you choose to support us via Ko-fi, payment information is processed and stored by Ko-fi, not by us.
• Crash reports: If the app crashes and you choose to click "Send", technical error details (error message, stack trace) are sent to our Discord server via webhook. This only happens when you explicitly choose to send a report.
• Hosting logs: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) may record standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) as part of normal hosting operations. By default, Cloudflare does not retain HTTP request logs unless long-term retention (e.g. Logpull) is explicitly enabled — we have not enabled it. Any such logs are used only transiently for security purposes (e.g. abuse detection), with Cloudflare acting as our data processor.

Cookies

KiraNeiro does not use session cookies, as there is no login system. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

Third Parties

We share information with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the service: Ko-fi (donation processing), Discord (crash report storage), and Cloudflare (hosting).

Children

KiraNeiro does not target children under 13 (target age: 13+) and is not designed for or marketed to children (not part of Google Play's Designed for Families program). KiraNeiro has no login system, collects no identifying personal information, and uses no behavioral-targeting advertising — this design itself keeps us from collecting personal information from children under 13. If we ever learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 (e.g. via a crash report), we will delete it promptly.

サーバーフリー設計

KiraNeiro はサーバーフリー設計を採用しています。画像・音声・テキストを含むプロジェクトデータは、あなたのブラウザ（Origin Private File System）またはあなた自身が選んだストレージ（クラウドストレージ等）にのみ保管されます。本サービスがあなたのコンテンツをサーバーにアップロード・保管することはありません。

収集する情報

KiraNeiro はログイン・アカウント機能を持たないため、通常の利用において氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を識別できる情報を収集しません。以下の限られた情報のみ収集する場合があります：

• カンパ（Ko-fi）：Ko-fi 経由で任意の支援をいただく場合、決済情報は Ko-fi が処理・保管します。本サービスは保管しません。
• クラッシュレポート：アプリがクラッシュし「送信」を選択した場合、技術的なエラー情報（エラーメッセージ・スタックトレース）が Webhook 経由で当社の Discord サーバーに送信されます。これはユーザーが明示的に送信を選択した場合のみ発生します。
• ホスティングログ：ホスティング事業者（Cloudflare Pages）が、標準的なホスティング運用の一環として一般的なアクセスログ（IPアドレス・日時・リクエスト先URL）を記録する場合があります。Cloudflareはデフォルトでは HTTPリクエストログを保持せず、Logpull等の長期保持設定を明示的に有効化しない限り長期保存されません（本サービスでは有効化していません）。記録される場合もセキュリティ目的（不正アクセス検知等）で一時的に利用されるのみで、Cloudflareは本サービスの委託先（データ処理者）として取り扱います。

Cookie

KiraNeiro はログイン機能を持たないため、セッション管理 Cookie を使用しません。現時点でアクセス解析・広告用 Cookie も使用していません。

第三者への提供

サービス運営に必要な範囲でのみ以下の第三者と情報を共有します：Ko-fi（カンパの決済処理）、Discord（クラッシュレポートの保管）、Cloudflare（ホスティング）。

子どものプライバシー

KiraNeiro は13歳未満の方を対象としておらず（対象年齢: 13歳以上）、子ども向けに設計・宣伝するアプリではありません（Google Play の Designed for Families プログラム対象外）。ログイン機能を持たず、個人を識別できる情報を収集せず、行動ターゲティング広告も使用しない設計自体が、13歳未満の児童から個人情報を収集しないことにつながっています。万一、クラッシュレポート等を通じて13歳未満の方の個人情報を収集したと判明した場合は、速やかに削除します。

ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更した場合、本ページに更新版を掲載します。
